Balancing a creative process somewhere between printmaking and painting, monoprints have become Rearick’s primary visual language. Using Fallingwater as a prime location, these prints resulted from exploration of repeating forms and lines to delineate space and the overall romanticism of the building—the soft, organic curves and contrasting angles subliminally igniting desire. The most influential space for these prints was the main living area, as were the windows situated adjacent to the terraces, allowing the interior to organically blend with the surrounding nature.
